What is Sermorelin?
Sermorelin is a growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) that may help to increase human growth hormone (HGH) levels. Sermorelin acts on the hypothalamus to release growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) that then stimulates the pituitary gland to make more HGH.
This subsequently increases insulin- like growth factor 1 (IGF-1), which in turn helps with fat break down and the strengthening of bones.

How to use Sermorelin?
Since Sermorelin is a peptide (think protein/amino acid structure), you are not able to swallow Sermorelin and therefore it must be injected. It is often injected once daily at bedtime with a small needle into the fat. Human growth hormone is primarily released during sleep and most beneficial to the body’s recovery and repair during this time. Your doctor will provide you with a custom dose based on your age, weight and specific circumstances. It is also important to not eat anything for 2-3 hours before your injection since insulin (which is released after a meal) may counteract Sermorelin and interfere with your HGH release.
